Shipping within Mexico

Standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 7 business days to arrive at a cost of $299, and express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days at a cost of $449, once payment is approved in our online store.

Shipments to South America will be quoted through UPS or DHL, since FEDEX currently has certain delivery restrictions in this area of the American continent. Therefore, the cost may vary.

Please note that if your purchase includes footwear, it will first be sent to the decoration area and may take 1-2 days to be ready. It will then be shipped to your address and will take the business days mentioned above to arrive.
IMPORTANT
-We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to incorrect addresses if the address error was made by the customer.

Changes to the shipping address may generate an extra cost; this is reviewed with the courier, and if it can be done, the customer will be notified.
-Delays caused by couriers are completely beyond our control, as they are an independent entity governed by their own internal logistics processes. Likewise, extraordinary events related to weather, armed conflicts, theft of shipments, etc., cannot be resolved by Aguiar Novias.
-All Mexican couriers deliver during open hours, on business days. Any questions about your package should be handled directly with the courier, using the tracking number provided to you. The tracking number will automatically be sent to the email you entered at checkout; if you do not receive it, please send us an

email at [email protected] and we will gladly provide it to you.
The courier will also attempt to deliver your package to your address twice. If the recipient is not found, the package will be returned to the sender (Aguiar Novias). In these situations, the cost of reshipping the package to its destination must be paid.

-For extended zones, please note that your package will take more business days to arrive at your address; this is due to matters specific to the courier and is beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for it.

Each package has basic insurance of 7,300, which is the maximum amount covered by the courier; if your order exceeds this amount, you can insure it for the full amount of your purchase for an extra cost.

International Shipping
The average shipping cost is $1,199; please note that this may vary depending on the country the purchase is being sent to. If there is an increase in the shipping rate, our customer service and sales team will contact you.
For shipments outside of Mexico, we reserve the right to charge any extra customs fees that may arise in the country of import in accordance with its regulations or free trade agreement with Mexico.
Likewise, since this is an international shipment, please note that the estimated delivery days for your product do not depend on Aguiar, but on the courier and customs, as each country has different customs regulations that your package must go through before being released.
